Ingredients:
  • 28 g Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Dutch Chocolate
  • ½ Cup soy milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ¾ Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp. Honey
  • ½ Tsp. Baking soda
Method:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate powder until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Spray cooking oil in a non-stick cake tin, add the batter, and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until it’s cooked.
  3. Let cool and serve.
